She offers evidence-based treatment recommendations that include therapy and self-kindness practices to promote wellbeing. She also prescribes the appropriate medications for those dealing with significant emotional distress.

Bola believes in offering personalized and compassionate care to her clients virtually and in-person. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and nurturing supportive psychotherapy. She helps people get to the root cause of their issues so that they can begin to heal. “I want to see people thrive and live fully – not just function”. Mental health is complex, and many have past traumas that affect how they move in this world, including how they relate to others. Many of my clients gain hope and motivation to break cycles and feel better. I practice with the belief that every patient is special and needs personalized care. She is dedicated to giving the appropriate time, attention, and compassion to her patients with the goal of helping them manage their mental health well.
